Order Processing:

Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-7 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

Shipping Destinations

auratorium is currently only shipping to:

• Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
• Including P.O. Boxes. 
• All US Military bases, APO/FPO
• Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Standard Shipping Times:

auratorium is a cross-border company with warehouses in both the U.S. and overseas.

US products: 2 - 5 business days*
Overseas products: 5 -10 business days* 

*The estimated shipping time will show for each shipping method, please take into consideration that our collection consist of both US and overseas products.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

All Sales Are Final. If an item arrives damaged, it may be returned to be approved for an exchange. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@auratorium.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
